NO.LISTE offers flat rate shipping options for all domestic web orders.

All orders are processed and will ship within 24 - 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends as well as holidays. 

All shipping operations are  fulfilled between Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST  

Accepted payments from NO.LISTE are as followed: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.  With all orders the shipping address must match the billing address. 

As your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. In an event that your purchase is out of stock, you will be notified immediately by email. 

Next Day shipping or 3 day shipping is not available for Hawaii or Alaska. 

 We are required by law to charge sales tax on any product shipped within Ca. 

NO.LISTE is also not be responsible for any orders that were given an incorrect address.

Some countries will only offer Standard shipping. 

As your order is proccessed you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. In an event  that you purchased out of stock merchandise you will be notified immediately by email.

Shipping fees will be calculated at the time of checkout.  By completing your  order the customer is in agreement that they are responsible for all taxes, duties, brokerage fees, Customs fees or similar charges (including V.A.T). 

International orders must ship to the billing address registered to the credit card. No exceptions 

  

CUSTOMS & TAXES /

NO.LISTE is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance. We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower custom fees. 

If you refuse your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any custom fees or taxes that are incurred. If the package is undeliverable and returned to clearweatherbrand.com, the shipping and return shipping total charges will be deducted from your merchandise payment amount refunded. In the instance that the price to return the merchandise exceeds the total amount of the merchandise including shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded. 

 

EXCHANGE RATES / 

All NO.LISTE items are listed in US Dollars and we charge your account in US Dollars  

 

TRACKING / 

Tracking information is available as soon as your purchase is proccessed and shipped. Please note: Depending on carrier, tracking information may not be available until 24 hours after courier has received the package. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. Either click on the tracking number and follow the link. Or you can enter your tracking number at the relevant website of ups.com or fedex.com. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package: UPS at 1-800-742-5877 | FedEx at 1-800-463-3339.   

Also, the customer is in agreement that they are responsible for all original outgoing shipping costs and all shipping costs on items that are sent back. 

 

SERVICE DELAYS / 

In the event that UPS/FedEx is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, NO.LISTE is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs incurred by the courier. Similarly, NO.LISTE is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery. 

NO.LISTE is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. In cases such as these, please directly contact the courier with any inquiries about the status of your package: UPS at 1-800-742-5877| FedEx at 1-800-463-3339. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES / 

NO.LISTE will only accept returns from purchases made on noliste.com. If a product was purchased at another retailer, we are not able to accept the return 

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all original content. Returns that are damaged, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Refunds can only be made in the same form as the original purchase.  

All returns require an RA number. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable as well as import taxes or duties incurred in the original shipment or return process (with the exception of California State sales tax). 

 

To request an RA number email info@noliste.com. When exchange policies are met we will generate a RA  which should be placed into the return package. NO.LISTE is not responsible for lost returned packages.  Return fees are non-refundable.  Please make sure to insure your package and use a carrier that provides a tracking number. 

Returned items must be returned within 21 days of the order date. The order date is the date you received an order confirmation email from NO.LISTE. We will not accept returns made after 21 days. 

NO.LISTE will not accept returns for used, dirty or damaged goods, any returned items under these conditions will not be processed. We reserve the right to deny returns if the items do not meet our return policy requirements. 

NO.LISTE does not offer exchanges. Return your undamaged item and place a new order, we however cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place a new order.
